1、未付款 询盘 回复:

第一主动出击,当买家下单后应及时主动与买家联系,联系内容可以按照先后顺序包括为打招呼,对产品进一步的介绍,并告知请付款以及时查看库存备货,尽快发货。下面一个不错的回复:

的一个环节,每个公司都有自己的价格体系,因此,作为外贸业务员,我们不能随意的变动价格。而且从业务的角度来说,一味的降价也不是一个合格的业务员。因此,如果在与客户交流的过程中用词不当,也许会造成无法挽回的损失。

鉴于此,抽空整理出了一些外贸过程中常见的与价格相关的用语与句子。

因库存不多而提供特别报价

高,但是它的意义在不同句子,不同的场合又有所不同。因为这些词的使用频率较高,而且又容易被误解其意思,因此,作为外贸英语中的一部分,有必要把这些词总结一下。

floating 在上述两个句中的意思完全不一样, floating exchange rate 意为浮动汇率,即可自由浮动,完全受市场力量决定的汇率制度。而 floating policy 则指用以承保多批次货运的一种持续性长期保险凭证,常译为统保单。

在话中,negotiable 的意思是可商议的,在话中的意思则是可转让的,可转让提单经过背书后即可将所有权转让给他人,值得注意的是,negotiating bank 则是议付银行,即购买或贴现汇票的银行。

You may get a 5% discount if your order is on a regular basis. If a seller extends credit to a time draft, they have made a trade seller can request that the bank finance the transaction by buying the bank is said to discount the draft.

译文:

如果你方定期给我方下定单,你方便可得到 5% 的折扣。如卖方开出的是远期汇票,以此向买方提供信用,此时就做了一笔商业汇票承兑业务,卖方可以请银行买下商业承兑汇票,银行用这个办法对出口商融资,也就是说,银行对该汇票贴现了。

注解:

discount 在这两句话中的意思一个

是折扣,另一个是贴现。折扣是指商品在原价的基础上按百分比降价,贴现则是指未到期的票据向银行融资,银行扣取自买进日至到期日的利息,并收取一定的手续费后 #from 将余下的票面金额付给持票人。

注解:

验室建成于 2016 年 9 月,现拥有

DELL 服 务器一台,金长城微型计算机

32 台,及仿真的模拟场景,且具有投 影

设备、部分仿真办公设备,多媒体设备

一套,有国际贸易实务模 拟教学软件一

套,硕研国际结算模拟实验教学软件一

套,以及网页 制作、图像处理软件等。

学生可以在模拟的开放平台上模拟电子

商 务中的诸多环节,包括 B2B 和 B2C

的交易、 CA 认证、网上结算、物 流配

送等实际运作过程,并学习掌握建设和

维护网站的相关技术。 三、实习的具体

内容 缮制单证 1、了解合同 仔细阅读

合同,通过对合同的认知,对需要缮制

的单证有一定

的预计。

  2、相关资料的阅读 掌握相关

材料的常见术语,能够准确、快捷地进行翻译,并从 中猎取有用信息。

 3、填制相关单证 根据上述准备, 对相关单证的空白处进行填制。例如,填制信 用证预审单的时候,需要填写的内容有:开证行、开证日期、申请 人、受益人、信用证金额、信用证号、汇票付款人、汇票期限、可 否转船、可否分批装运、装运期限、有效期、到期地点、唛头、交 单日、提单或承运单据、备注等相关内容

4、审证 根据合同对缮制的单证进行审

 1. 有时根据 信用证 的要求, 发票上须加注某些细节条款或特 殊条款。常见的细节内容有: (1) 信用证 号或合同号 (L/C NO OR CONTRACT NO) 。

 (2) 形式 发票 号(Proforma Invoice No.)、订单号 (Order No./Indent No.) 。

 (3) 海关税则号 (Customs Tariff No.)②、银行注册

号(Bank Registration No.)、外汇批准号

(Exchange Permit No.)。

进口许可证号 (Import License No.) ,

有的要求注明何 条件下进口,如 Import

under W. E. S或. Import under O. G. L. 。

(5) 加注厂商或生产厂商的名址 (Name

and Address of Manufacturer or

Producer)。

 对证中 规定 应批注的细节内容,受益人应据实加注在发票 货物描

述下面。

 对证中有关特殊条款的 规定 ,发票上应照打或灵活反映。

 2、常见的特殊条款有: (1) 有些来证要求注明产地,并附价值声明,如发票上可注:

“ Wae here by certify/states/declare that(或 This is to certify that)the goods of Chinese origin and that the value in real, authentic and in conformity with our records ①’” option
